About Jonathan
Jonathan Passmore is an international respected coaching psychologist. He has been rated as one of the top 10 professional coaches in the world.
Jonathan has worked for global consulting firms PWC, IBM Business Consulting, OPM and as managing director for a UK psychology firm helping leaders, managers and organisations improve performance and wellbeing. He was Chair of the British Psychological Society Division of Coaching Psychology in 2021-22, and has acted as an advisor to ILM and professional coaching bodies.
He has published widely over the past three decades on leadership, change and coaching. His work includes 40 books, and over 200 scientific articles and book chapters, making him one of the most published coaching researchers in the world.
He now divides his time between his private coaching practice, Henley Business School, UK, the University of Evora, Portugal and working as a strategic advisor for a global digital technology business.

Jonathan is a global keynote speaker and conference panel member, contributing on the themes of coaching, leadership, and business performance to conferences and events across the world.


Coaching
Jonathan continues to offer executive coaching to C-suite executives, senior managers and non-profit leaders in a variety of organisations, as well as working with senior teams helping them think about performance. Supervision
